Former Arizona Cardinals General Manager Steve Keim sold a Chandler mansion for more than $6 million, among the top five priciest metro Phoenix home sales during mid-April.
A Colorado LLC called N Ironbridge paid cash for a 10,676-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home with views of Mummy Mountain is on 3.5 acres and has two kitchens, a large gym with a bathroom and a pool with water features. Adam and Cynthia Bronfman sold it. Andrew Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty had the listing. Cheryl Anderson of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty worked with the buyer.
John McCarthy of Overland Park paid cash for a new Mediterranean-style 8,507-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The house with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms has views of Camelback Mountain, two primary suites, an air-conditioned garage, a dining pavilion and a media room. Jay Joe LLC was the seller.
