Jersey Mike’s Subs director buys Scottsdale home with outdoor kitchen for $5.8M
A franchisee of Jersey Mike’s Subs shops in metro Phoenix, an attorney and a life coach bought or sold metro Phoenix’s priciest home sales during mid-December.
Jonna Scott paid cash for a 7,794-square-foot house with two offices and a library in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The house with four bedrooms and six bathrooms has game, breakfast and hobby rooms, automated sliding pocket doors, hand-carved cabinets, a custom-brick ceiling in the kitchen, and a primary suite with two closets, a fireplace and a washer and dryer. Outside are fountains, a fire pit, a pool with a waterfall and a putting green. Joseph Memmers Jr. sold it. He's a retired health care executive.
Attorney J. Charles Coons bought a new 5,870-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms. The house comes with 25-foot ceilings and handmade materials and accents from Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, Canada, Germany and Mexico. It also has a study, a media room, an outdoor kitchen next to the pool and a ramada with a rooftop deck. Arcadia Fortress LLC sold it.
