Metro Phoenix’s priciest home sales: $4.2M for Paradise Valley potential tear-down

A potential tear-down house in Paradise Valley with a pool in "rough shape" was among the priciest metro Phoenix homes to sell during mid-July.

Christopher and Samantha Anderson paid cash for a 6,959-square-foot home on the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. The two-story modern house has eight bathrooms. The number of bedrooms wasn’t listed. The home comes with an outside fireplace, a pool with cabanas and fire features, walls of glass, marble floors and countertops, a pantry with a refrigerator and a wet bar. Carly and Ryan Levine were the sellers.

George and Daisy Zaia paid cash for a 5,431-square-foot Paradise Valley home. The house has solar panels, a pool, a guest house, a fountain and a motor court. AEC EAT LLC was the seller. The home wasn’t listed for sale when it sold in mid-July. Jack Luciano of Platinum Living Realty had the listing when it sold for $3.5 million last October.
