Scottsdale home on Phoenician golf course sells for more than $5 million

The priciest houses to sell in metro Phoenix during mid-January span from north Scottsdale and Paradise Valley to Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. A dentist and a couple who own a California Italian restaurant were among the buyers.

AEAGJK LLC paid cash for a 5,209-square-foot central Scottsdale home with views of the Phoenician resort golf course. The home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Timothy and Dana Moruzzi sold it. Hans Horchler of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty had the listing.
